Variable roller chains with attachments for individual constructions

The clear structure of roller chains with standardized attachments allows engineers in plant and machine construction a high degree of freedom for their individual constructions. Standardized attachments are perfect to affix individual and functional add-on parts to our roller chains.

 

A high variability is achieved by the fact that different attachment types can be combined, and that attachments can be mounted to simplex, duplex and triplex roller chains on one or on both sides at any required pitch. Our range comprises a large selection of standardized attachments for standard roller chains (including Marathon, Biathlon and RF stainless).

Roller chain, stainless, with straight and unilaterally bent inner and outer plates

The stainless roller chain, compliant with DIN ISO 606, comes with unilaterally mounted straight special plates. The outer and inner plates are angled and feature a through-hole. This way, they serve as attachments for various components and for precise positioning of the goods to be conveyed. The chains can be used for different transportation tasks, including conveying sterile packed pharmaceutical goods.

Roller chain, stainless, with unilateral bent or straight plates with pins

The stainless roller chain, compliant with DIN ISO 606, comes with bent plates which are unilaterally mounted at the inner link. The bent inner and outer plates feature the same hole diameter. There are various designs available such as outer plates realised as straight plates with pressed-in attachment pins. This plate-pin combination can be used e.g. for attachments provided by the customer. These chain types are stretched and measured for a mirror-inverted assembly in pairs to achieve a precise positioning within minimum manufacturing tolerances. The field of application comprises a broad range of different packaging applications such as in the food and pharmaceutical industries.

Roller chain with extended special pins

The roller chain, compliant with DIN ISO 606, comes with unilaterally and bilaterally extended duplex and triplex pins with groove insertions for locking springs, Seeger rings or E-rings and are provided with holes for splints or wire nails as safety element. Depending on the application, they can be provided with different pin diameters and special forms (grooves, etc.) allowing the transportation of various functional components.
