Wippermann invests in a brand-new site in Kirchlengern (Germany): Optimised production plants and improved warehouse logistics are to ensure high flexibility regarding production output und versions of industrial chains.
Wippermann jr. GmbH Trading invests in a new site in Kirchlengern in East Westphalia: The new building, which is going to comprise administration, production and warehouse facilities, is oriented towards the ever-changing requirements of the global distribution of high-quality industrial chains by Wippermann and Wippermann Trading. After completion, the new site will have an operating area of 2,800 sqm. Roger Paul, Site Manager: “With the new building, we are taking advantage of the opportunity to optimally align all production and warehouse processes to our business. New machines and the optimisation of processes give us the chance to significantly extend production quantities and versions in the future.
Moreover, the new site 25 km north of Bielefeld is going to offer various options to adjust operations to changing requirements. Roger Paul: “The new production will enable three shift operation. We also still have some leeway of about 1,500 sqm for future extension works”. And the new building offers another advantage: It is optimally connected to the motorways A 30 and A 2. Thus, Wippermann jr. GmbH Trading is excellently positioned for current and future market requirements.
