In order to be and to remain competitive, a company must be a continuous driving force by producing innovations and setting trends. One foundation to achieve this is further training and qualification.
Therefore our employees attend qualification courses on a regular basis. Construction engineers, for example, are trained to use the latest CAD system, or material testers are given the opportunity to learn more about metallographic methods. Our active knowledge management system comprises routine in-house training and qualification schemes as well as regular team meetings. This means for us that the knowledge which is relevant for practical application, e. g. to improve customer service, is circulated across all departments.
