Thanks to our maintenance-free high-performance chain, the Marathon Lift can be operated without additional lubrication which makes deployment of our system easy and particularly economical.
The storage of the chain in a chain box designed for the specific application allows the system to be deployed even in places where conventional lifting systems would require considerably more space.
The patented innovations of our distinct outer plates as well as the special deflection system ensure smooth lifting and lowering movements and jerk-free starting.
Exceptional lifting force
Despite its small construction size, the rigid chain system is able to move loads of up to 1.8 tonnes and offers maximum stability even in large lifting heights.
The lifting system can be moved to any position with millimetre precision – without rebounding or lowering during longer idle times as is the case with hydraulically operated systems.
Low energy consumption
The Marathon Lift is operated by its efficient rigid chain drive and is therefore significantly less energy-consuming than hydraulic systems. This not only saves money, but also reduces the carbon footprint.
Even after more than one million cycles, the rigid chain, the deflection and the sprockets do not exhibit significant wear which contributes considerably to a reduction of maintenance intervals.
